2026 Regular School Board Meeting Schedule - Meetings are held at the Shelley High School -Library located 540 West Fir, Shelley, ID, 83274, on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Board Policy

  • Board Policy- The Board is currently in the process of updating board policy in order to abide by the current Idaho Code. This will be a two-year process. Hence, all newly adopted policies will supersede older board policy during the transition. Here are the latest newly adopted policies in Google Doc format:

    Great schools and communities require involvement from everyone. I have four children in the Shelley school district; there are a lot of people who contribute to their successes. I want to do my part and be involved in the success of our community and our education system.

    When asked why he wanted to serve on the board:

    I married a lifelong Russet, and after dental school, we really wanted to come back to this area. I’ve come to love the people of this community. As Shelley grows, we face many challenges and we need to plan for the future. I hope I can be a voice for my zone as we grow and improve every day as a school district. My 4 kids have gone through and are currently enrolled in the Shelley School District. 

    As we all serve one another, may we work to improve our community, beginning with our children!
